DCU Center Reviews

The DCU Center is an excellent venue to see a hockey game. The DCU Center is easy to access in downtown Worcester. Seating was roomy and comfortable. Sightlines were excellent from all points in the arena. Capacity for hockey games is 13,000 people. However, a curtain is put up across the upper deck because rarely do that many come to the games. The seats that are available below the curtain are very good. It is easy to walk around the stadium and the concourses are very wide and easy to navigate. Not all concession stands are open during the hockey games, but those that are open do not have long lines. Prices at concession stands are comparable to other stadiums. Some interesting concession stand choices are Nacho Mama’s, Cousin Sal’s, and Slice Slice Baby. There are two Bud Light Lounges located at opposite ends of the arena. Both spots are roomy and have good views. There are also Worcester Railers merchandise stands spread across the concession areas. Prices for Railers gear are not that bad and there is a wide selection. Stop by the DCU Center to enjoy a sports and entertainment event. It is best to purchase tickets ahead of time for any event online. Parking can be tricky for some events so plan ahead of time.

DCU is a nice, big and clean facility. Very friendly and informative staff. Felt like it could've been a bit more organized for this event, like more pronounced signage. DCU has many doors, but entrance to an event maybe at a specific door only. Other doors are locked, so many people walking around aimlessly yanking on locked doors looking for the entrance. Plenty of parking areas near DCU, on street and off street in parking garages. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

Brought grandkids to see Monster Jam. Lots of fun and loud. Nice setting for this event. Many tons of dirt trucked in to prepare. The result was a well-produced event. Parking for DCU Center isn't great, but what do you expect.

Great venue! Have been here for hockey games, Disney on Ice, concerts and most recently Ringling Brothers Circus. The area that we were seated (section 210) seemed to have new seats that were very comfortable. Great views from any area because of the size. I love going to see shows here! The food is to be expected with a venue like this. Nothing 5star but it will fill a hole if you are hungry. Good amount if food/drink stands throughout the arena as well. Overall, Great place to catch a show!

Came here for a comedy show (Bert Kreischer). Venue is a decent size. No elevators open to the public to get you down to the floor so be mindful if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues. Overall great experience.
