Emei, born Emily Li in New Jersey, is a Los Angeles-based alternative pop musician. Known for her raw lyrical honesty and infectious pop hooks, she blends alt-pop with a singer-songwriter style. Emei gained recognition after placing third on Chinese Idol. Her popular songs include "Late to the Party," "Scatterbrain," and "SUNNYD" (with Whethan). She has released EPs like "Scatterbrain" and "RABBITHOLE."
