Goon is an LA-based indie rock band formed in 2015 by frontman Kenny Becker. Known for their unique sound, they gained early recognition with releases like "Dusk of Punk" and "Heaven is Humming". Their recent album, "Dream 3," was released in 2025, following singles such as "Death Spells". The band is currently touring and continues to evolve their sound, blending lo-fi aesthetics with a full-band approach.

Preoccupations

Preoccupations, formed by Calgary musicians Matt Flegel and Scott Munro in 2012, bring a life-affirming post-punk sound. Debut album "Viet Cong" (2015) mixed post-punk and shoegaze. Known for albums like "Preoccupations" (2016) and "New Material" (2018), they collaborated with Dan Boeckner and Protomartyr. They became more confrontational with "Arrangements" (2022).
