LineUp

Led by Gustavo Dudamel, the Los Angeles Philharmonic presents diverse performances across genres at iconic venues like Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Hollywood Bowl.
Founded in 1914, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra (DSO) has thrived despite challenges, with highlights like the first radio symphonic concert in 1922. Under directors like Ossip Gabrilowitsch, Paul Paray, and Leonard Slatkin, the DSO gained international acclaim and won several awards. It overcame financial woes and now thrives at the restored Orchestra Hall. Notable collaborations include Chandos, Mercury, and Naxos labels. Jader Bignamini became music director in 2020, continuing DSO’s legacy of excellence.
Born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, Gustavo Dudamel is a celebrated conductor known for his dynamic style and dedication to music education. As El Sistema's most famous alumnus, he's the music director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic since 2009, Paris Opera since 2021, and soon the New York Philharmonic. Dudamel has won multiple Grammys, including for Mahler's Symphony No. 8. He advocates for youth music programs and collaborates with renowned orchestras globally.
