Former Alice Cooper bassist, Kip Winger formed pop-metal band Winger in 1987. Known for hits like "Seventeen" and "Miles Away," the group enjoyed early success, selling millions. Post-1993, Kip pursued a solo career and later reunited the band in 2002 for more albums and tours.
Formed by ex-Vinnie Vincent Invasion members, Slaughter launched in 1988, known for catchy metal melodies and Mark Slaughter's unique falsetto. Famous hits and critical resilience, despite style shifts and the tragic loss of guitarist Tim Kelly in 1998.
Born in Cleveland, Steven Adler, original Guns N' Roses drummer is famed for hard rock style. Fired amid the success of "Appetite for Destruction," he later sued the band. Known for his collaborations with Slash and tumultuous personal life.
Child's Play, a Baltimore hard rock band, gained local fame in the late '80s with members Brian Jack, Nicky Kay, Idzi, and John Allen. Signed to Chrysalis in 1989, they debuted with "Rat Race" in 1990. They toured the US and Canada, sharing stages with Cold Sweat, Sweet F.A., and supporting Nazareth, Yngwie Malmsteen, and DIO.
Red Voodoo, a Northern California rock band, blends Dino Wild’s powerful vocals with Davin Loiler’s guitar. They've shared stages with Sammy Hagar, Y&T, and Alice Cooper.
David Lee Roth, born in Bloomington, Indiana, is famed for his energetic frontman role with Van Halen, contributing to hits like "Jump" and "Hot for Teacher." Known for his flamboyant style and stage presence, Roth's solo ventures include "Eat 'Em and Smile" and iconic music videos for "California Girls" and "Just a Gigolo." Collaborated with Steve Vai and Billy Sheehan, he reunited with Van Halen for a successful 2007 tour and the 2012 album "A Different Kind of Truth."
German metal band ACCEPT, known for hits like "Blood Of The Nations" & "Stalingrad," reached #1 with "Blind Rage." Their style leads the genre, with awards and notable collaborations under Wolf Hoffmann.
