Ticket Policy and Box Office Information

All support acts are subject to change without notice. Children aged 3 and older require a ticket. A child under the age of 3 is considered a lap child.

Tickets will go on-sale through Ticketmaster.com. The Box Office is open on Tuesdays from 12 pm to 4 pm. The Box Office will also open 3 hours prior to the event start.

For select events, our hours of operation may vary. Please visit our venue site and search the event for any custom hours that may apply.

All tickets will be delivered via Mobile only.

Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days.

Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
