Staut is a Norwegian folk-rock band from Valdres, Oppland, formed in 2009. They blend rock, pop, and folk with traditional instruments like violin and accordion, often using the Valdres dialect in their lyrics. Known for energetic live performances, their discography includes albums like "Staut", "Eigarlaus", and the chart-topping "Stugureint". Other albums include "St. Peppersby", "Ja", "Makalaus", and "Lett å vara kødd". They have collaborated with artists such as Marion Ravn.
