LineUp

The U.K. Subs, founded by Charlie Harper in 1976, are pivotal to the second wave of British punk, known for their aggressive, anthemic sound. Their debut, "Another Kind of Blues" (1979), and subsequent albums like "Brand New Age" established their commercial success. Despite frequent lineup changes, Harper maintained their energy. Influenced by early Clash, their style later embraced heavy metal. The band earned acclaim for live performances and notable works like "Crash Course." Their legacy spans over four decades, continuously resonating with punk fans across the globe.
Sham 69, formed in Hersham, Surrey in 1975, is an English punk rock band known for its raw energy, populist lyrics, and anthemic sing-along choruses. Influential in the Oi! and streetpunk genres, they achieved UK chart success with songs like "If the Kids Are United," "Hurry Up Harry," and "Angels With Dirty Faces". Their albums include "To the Ends of the Earth" and "Black Dog". The band is celebrated for its working-class ethos.
