Wasted Youth, an English post-punk band from London, emerged in the late 1970s. Known for their dark-wave and pre-Goth sound, they were indie chart regulars. Their influential style, drawing from Velvet Underground and Lou Reed, is showcased on their album 'Wild and Wandering'. Peter Perrett and Martin Hannett produced their work, establishing them as a superb live act.
