Entry Requirements and Bag Policy

Entry requirements are subject to change. CLEAR BAG POLICY IS IN EFFECT. Everyone is subject to search when entering. The following are restricted items and actions: smoking, professional style cameras (removable lens, 35mm and including iPads or Tablets, etc.), audio recording devices, video recording devices, illegal drugs, flash photography, weapons of any kind, guns, knives, tasers, mace, flash lights, glass items, cans, containers of any kind, fireworks, aerosol cans (including hairspray), political banners, radio scanning / jamming equipment, outside food, beverages, or alcohol, banner poles, laser pointers, spiked jewelry, chains (including those on wallets), backpacks, large bags or purses (nothing larger than 12X12 inches), glow sticks, objects that may be used as projectiles, moshing or crowd surfing & other items and activities deemed unsafe and a challenge to public safety. Delivery and Ticket Information

Delivery Delay until 9/30/2026. Please note that everyone must have a valid ticket to enter the venue. By purchasing tickets to this event you agree to abide by entry requirements in effect at the time of the event. Check the venue website leading up to your event for the latest protocols. Ticket delivery is mobile only and delivery delay is in place. For mobile tickets please remember to access your mobile tickets via your Ticketmaster account and save it to your phone wallet prior to attending the event. If you cannot access your tickets please note that only the payment cardholder can pick up tickets at the Box Office with photo ID. The nature of a live concert performance will vary by musical genre and individual groups in those genres. Live performances may contain adult content, including potentially offensive adult language.
