Upon entering u think its small but its a huge venue, very secured, security weren't snobs. Pretty roomy. I got to see cypress hill and they rocked the place, no bad vibes, no narcs. Just memorable fun. Go to take a selfie with Pharcyde and the way they set up the meet and greets was very organized and proper. Transportation is also not as bad as i thought. Bus stop and train station is close by. Cool place i recommend check it out at least once

We had a great experience for our first time at this venue! The sound was fantastic from all parts of the balcony, and there was good visibility despite being a bit crowded (to be expected at a rock concert). Purchased the guest room add on, which included a private bar, restroom, and seating area, with a large live video view of the performance. It was also the first concert we'd seen with live ASL, which was great.

Great venue! I have been for a few shows and have never been disappointed. Staff handles the waves of people coming in very well, there is hardly a wait. Plenty of bar areas for drinks and there is also a coat check. Bathrooms give you plenty of options with gender neutral restrooms too. Parking garage is about half a block away and there are a handful of dining options within a block or so.

We went to Stephen Sanchez's concert and overall had a great time! The definite pros were: - It's all general admission, so if you show up ~30 before the door opens, you will most certainly get great viewing spots. - there are 4 bars total and bathrooms on both floors for easy access (the drinks are expensive though from what I heard) The definite cons were: - the acoustics were not as great as some people might say. There were times I could not understand a single word of a song. - it gets hot in there, oh gosh! Several people were helped outside by the staff after almost fainting. - the quick pass is so friggin' stupid - it's $25 to basically end up with everyone else mixed together. The vip balcony - also a total waste of money. But overall, I'd go there again.

This was my third time at Roadrunner and it's a great venue. Parking is across the street at a big garage, you can't miss it when you turn down the street the venue is on. It's usually $20 to park for an event, which is pretty reasonable. The venue itself is pretty big, with a 3,500 capacity, but it's always very clean and the staff is super helpful. A friend had a medical emergency here once during a show and the staff was really quick to notice and help us. They also hand out water to the pit during concerts if necessary. The only complaint I ever have had is that drinks are really expensive. I paid $25 for a large vodka cran, which is a lot, but they're very generous with the pour so you do get your money's worth. Just be prepared for the price.
